At Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear and merchandise. If your order isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
